Lashere, located in Fountain Valley, CA near the heart of Orange County, sets the standard for luxury lash extensions. Our goal at Lashere is to help our clients feel their most beautiful through our lash extensions because when you look good, you feel good. Whether your style is light and natural, or voluminous and bombshell, we are able to accommodate it all. We hand make all of our volume fans to customize the lash set according to each clients' eye shape. Our highly experienced lash artists offer a wide variety of styles (Classic, Hybrid, Wispy Medium Volume and Mega Wispy Volume) and types of looks (Spikey Strip lash look, Cat eyes, Doll Eyes, "Wet Lash" look)

Classics, hybrids, volume, and mega volume, what's the difference?

Lash Extension sets differ in texture, style, & retention depending on:
Your lash artist, their lash education &;your natural lash growth.

CLASSIC LASHES

Classic lash extensions consist of a single lash extension placed on the natural lash, giving the illusion of your natural lashes, but longer. This method is also referred to as 1:1or 1 to 1. They usually come in the diameters of .10, .15, .18, and .20. This set is perfect for individuals who enjoy a simple, natural look and wear little to no makeup. A lash client that has a lot of lashes, but just wants more length would be the best candidate for this set, because the individual lashes will have little to no noticeable gaps when the natural lashes shed. Someone who has gaps or very little natural lashes would not be a good fit, as the gaps and shedding would be too noticeable in between fills.

HYBRID LASHES

Hybrids are a mix of classic & volume lash extensions. Volume fan diameters for hybrids are usually .05 and .07. This set is great for lash clients who want more than a classic lash set, but not a lot of volume. Hybrid lash extension styles will vary based on the lash artist. Unlike classic lash extensions, hybrid sets give a variety in texture & volume, depending on the ratio between volume fans and individual classic lashes. For the clients who want classics, but have sparse natural lashes, a hybrid set will create the illusion of a classic set, while filling in the sparseness and gaps.

VOLUME LASHES

Volume lash extensions are composed of 2-10 extensions that are fanned & placed on an individual natural lash, to create fullness. Lash clients who prefer a strip lash wispy look are the perfect candidates for a volume set. Volume has more versatility with styling because each fan is handmade. Since volume is made with multiple lashes, they are individually a lot lighter than a classic lash extension and range in the diameters of .05, and .07. Volume will look a lot fuller than classics or hybrids in between fills because the fans fill in the gaps and look a lot more full.(depending on your lash growth/ shedding cycle). When handmade fans are placed, they wrap around the natural lash and usually have better retention than a classic lash because they are adhered together instead of one individual lash.

MEGA VOLUME LASHES

Mega Volume lash extensions are composed of 6-16 lashes, wider fans and lighter diameters (.02, .03, .07) to create fullness and density. This bold set is made for those who like glam and are not afraid to have a super full lash look. Since the eyes are dealing with the thinnest diameter and the widest fans, mega sets require extra care when it comes to the aftercare. Although these have the most density, they are made with the lightest diameter and do not cause damage to the natural lashes. Depending on your lash growth and shedding cycle, this set will look the fullest in between fills.
